Sky dont appear to want my money!
Currently with Sky TV but fibre broadband is via bt. Three times now I've placed an order (via quidco) and three times its been cancelled by sky.
I've spoken to people who just say sorry we've got a technical problem you'll have to re-do the order. Same thing next time.
They tried to do a manual order (Even though I said hang on what about my cashback) but they couldnt get that working either.
Any suggestions? Its very poor indeed.Every day when I wake up I thank the Lord I'm Welsh

Cashback has nothing to do with Sky if your dead set to place an order just call them up and order.

No it doesnt directly anyway. They can't even seem to do the order manually.
Every other company seems to be able to allow online ordering and tracking of cashback but not sky. To be honest, if I had a choice between BT and Sky I'd go with BT now because of the uselessness of sky.Every day when I wake up I thank the Lord I'm Welsh

Are you sure your cabinet isn't sold-out so the order is failing when they actually process it?
