Sky estimated broadband speed, is it accurate?
Over a year ago, we had Sky Unlimited broadband, and the line speed was ~17000 and we had always had those speeds
Now we want to switch back to Sky, it says we will get between 4-9mbps. Is this because of utilisation, etc (more subscribers in the last year) or another reason?
Should I ignore this estimated speed?
Other availability checkers say 7-17mbps estimated

Re: Sky estimated broadband speed, is it accurate?
What speed do you get with your current supplier, or have you been on cable?
If you are using the same line as before and nothing has changed there is no reason you shouldn't get the previous speed.

We've been with Virgin Media (no other fibre in the area) but they have been awful, and now the offer ran out, expensive.
