Can someone check these stats for me and advise?

Having a few issues with my broadband and online gaming at the mo,high pings and the internet "freezing" up until I reset the router. when it does this I can log into the router and ping bbc and get 100% packet loss.
sky says the line is fine and is send a new router.

So do them stats look fine?

Thanks for that,im guessing its the router causing me problems.Sky have sent out the new q router so hopefully that fixes it
