im in a antiquated block of flats and the signal drops repeatedly, if i call sky which values of noise should i be reporting the higher ones or the lower ones?
i am connected straight to the test socket and both openreach wires and the route out of the flat seem fine

high snr noise margin good indicates higher speed available but keeps dropping this a sign of noise both up/downstream should be stable call up get a line test done and borrow a telephone as sometimes line tests will not pick up noise fault and only way to check is listen to line

Looking at the stats, I would say there is definitely a fault on your line. If you are using the Test socket then there is nothing you can personally do about it, except try another filter. If that does not help, call Sky and make them aware of the problem. A check with a phone would probably show excessive noise on the line. You can pick up a phone for under a fiver and even if you don't use it, it is useful for checking the line.
