Cannot watch 4OD
Each time I go to Channel On Demand I get "Advert Error" - ...you are using an advert blocker... - I'm not. I've contacted Channel 4, and amongst other things they asked for my ISP. I asked them why they wanted to know that. They replied that it's possible that my ISP could be the cause of the problem. I have tried accessing the site with 5 different browsers, and all produce the same error.
My question here is: Are Sky doing anything that could cause this problem? I've checked everything else, from Kaspersky to Settings in each browser, even down to adding individual TV programme URL to browser's exclusion lists. I don't use advert blockers.
I'm here because Sky do not give a contact email address only phone number, annoyingly.

You mean All4, 4OD became All4 in March 2015.
No UK isp (including Sky) blocks any of the five terrestrial catchup services.
All4 does though need put up that message for ad blockers and tracker extensions and they need to be turned off.
Do you have any tracker extensions like Ghostery, these will also trigger that Ad blocker message?
You need to add a whitelist into those extensions for channel4.com
I just tried on firefox, chrome, opera and edge on Windows. Safari and a couple of 3rd party browsers on iOS. Firefox, chrome and the adblock plus browser on android.
All work fine and where it notices that an ad blocker is active, do turn it off for some but not all.
