      Connected but cant open web pages

      It says im connected to Sky, signal excellent but when I try to go to my Sky home page "This site can't be reached" & "sky.com's server DNS address could not be found....I reload but same message...

      I've been getting the same issues with a laptop. I think I've tracked the problem down to the USB dock I use to connect a monitor and mouse. If I disconnect it then reset the wifi all is ok. That suggests it's a driver issue with the dock. This has all happened since the Windows 10 Anniversary update in August.
