cannot contact sky

hello!

this is ridiculous, sky doesn't offer anymore email support, their chat is always busy (I wait 2 hours) and ofcourse I won't be paying ridiculous amounts to call them

this company is a nightmare, is there a way to contact them?

I can't wait to ditch them and go to another provider, but for now I am stuck and I need to contact them

If you have a mobile device like a phone or IPad why don't you install the Sky Services App and use that to contact them.

I try to open the 'offers' available and it simply doesn't open
I found a talktalk deal with 11.5 per month for 18 months after cashback
I wonder if sky can beat that and I want to speak to them
if not, I am gone

You would be better splashing out a fiver on a phone as even if you want to leave, Sky insist that you call them. For most problems you can use the Contact Us form at https://contactus.sky.com/uk/sky-tv You are unlikely to find offers there however, you must phone them to get an offer.
