Effectively, that appears to be the case. I have an o2 account in my name which I can use to access my phone data etc via "my o2". However, this is for my phone, not my emails - and gives me access to Webmail but not to the o2 server where my emails are stored. My emails operate via a completely different email address.

Can you not log out of your phone "my o2" account and then log in again at http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2/email/o2webmail with your preferred email address and password. What happens if you try?
