Terrible connection help
My connection has been absolutely atrocious lately
These are the stats ; my connection rarely gets to 1.5mbps at present
Broadband Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 4050 kbps 797 kbps
Line Attenuation 54.0 dB 31.5 dB
Noise Margin 5.8 dB 12.12 dB

How are you measuring your speed?
Disable your wifi and connect the device running the speed test directly to your router as the only ethernet connection. Also make sure that your browser is the only application running and except for the speed test that there are no other windows or tabs open.
If you have an NTE5 master socket, connect your router to the test socket, and check if there are any significant changes to your router stats.
