Re: Opportunity to shape the future of Sky products & services
Does that mean you have to be on sky broadband adsl and currently have a sagem router.
Or can join if you just have adsl sky broadband and have a sr101 or sr102 router?

Re: Opportunity to shape the future of Sky products & services
Sorry, she is currently only interested in people who using a Sagem router.
The SR101 & SR102 are not Sagem routers, so you wouldn't qualify.

Re: Opportunity to shape the future of Sky products & services
Thanks, did you ask her. Was going to PM her?
Do many people have a Sagem router then, not sure I know anyone who ever has (apart from a few on here I've noticed, but prob not updated their profiles).
Its quite an old router now isn't it. Would have thought sky would have upgraded them to sr101/2 like they did with the netgear routers.
Mind I noticed someone on another forum recently that said they still had an old Thomson box, I thought it would be almost defunct now! They must have missed all the free upgrade options.
Be honest, I'm hoping for the cloud service from sky. Seems to have all gone quiet on that front. Was it not project ethan.
With 4k recently looking like its being paused, reading all the stories about the distribution changing, would hope the cloud service may come a bit sooner, without 4k,which I cant say I care about.

It was the way I read the post (i.e. "if you meet these criteria") but I am triple checking and will get back to you.

Re: Opportunity to shape the future of Sky products & services
I joined sky broadband just after the 2504n was released & still use it.
It has never skipped a beat that i'm aware of.
With no need for fibre here i'll likely be using one for a long time as i still have a spare one unused.

Re: Opportunity to shape the future of Sky products & services
Update:
Confirmed! It is BOTH criteria that is being sought after at this time.
So only apply if you have a Sagem 2504, Sagem 2304n or Sagem 2504N router, and you are on a Sky ADSL connection.
