Problems with Sky Broadband and Talk in Western Scotland | 02 March 2015
If you live in the following areas of Western Scotland and you have Sky Broadband, Sky Talk or Sky Fibre Broadband in your home we know you're having problems getting online or with making and receiving calls at the moment.
Balmore, Bearsden, Brediland, Bridge of Weir, Drumchapel, Govan, Johnstone, Kilbarchan, Kilmacolm, Kirkintilloch, Lennoxtown, Maryhill, Milngavie, Paisley, Scotstoun, Stepps, Thornley Park and Western.
We think the problem is being caused by faulty equipment in Glasgow and we're on our way to investigate now. Calls to emergency services are unaffected.
We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
