IP Conflict
Not sure if I should be posting this here so apologies if its in the wrong place
I have an on going issue
I have large household and as a result there are a large number of items connected to the hub at any time from laptops, Xboxes, tablets phones etc.
The problem comes when an item is switched off or is moved away from the hub, when switched back on or is back in range again, it often will not reconnect without having to restart the hub.
Is there anything I can do to cure this?
Many thanks
Ian

Re: IP Conflict
You could try reserving the addresses of the devices in the router. This may help. You will find the Address Reservation list in the LAN set up of the router settings. You can also give any fixed devices like TVs, PCs, Sky boxes and games consoles. Do not give mobile devices like phones, tablets and laptops fixed addresses as this can cause problems when connecting to another network, just reserve these in the router.
If this does not help, rather than booting the router, try disabling the wireless station momentary then re-enable it.
