Go back to Netgear ?
I am currently running a white Sky Hub, I also still have my old Sky Netgear router. am I able to go back to this simply by just plugging it in. I am not over impressed with the wifi range of the White hub.

What is the white hub? Is it a SR101. Are you on Fiber or DSL broadband. If you are on Fiber then I don't think you can use the old DSL Netgear router on that.

No I am not on Fibre, I am on normal Broadband and the white Hub which I got from Sky a few years back which I do belive is now replaced by a Black Hub.
My old Netgear is what I got from Sky years ago from Sky soon after it started

Okay in that case you should just be able to plug the Netgear router and you should be good to go providing the Netgear isn't faulty. You are right the SR101 (white router) and the SR102 (black router) are not fit for purpose IMO.
