Have lost catch-up
Hope some one can help me I have a box pop up telling me that ------
"To catch-up on shows connect box to broadband and go to sky.com"
I have hours of recordings and do not wish to lose them but I understand if I do a re-build I will lose these.

The existing recordings on your STB are on your STB, not in a Cloud server.
If you were to perform a Planner Rebuild then the contents on your drive should be safe. An exception would be if there was a fault with the drive or interface.

Its just telling you to connect your box to the internet, not do any sort of rebuild. You can connect it to your router by ethernet or wireless.
