How to get a MAC

Damned annoyed to say the least. Requested a MAC via Live Chat tonight. I informed the operator I didn't wish to discuss my reasons for wanting to leave. Despite repeated polite requests to action my request Live Chat was terminated.

Is there a UK telephone number or email address I can contact?

Have you been advised by your new broadband supplier that you require a MAC? If so call 03442 410709 between 0830 & 2300, use Contact Us on the Sky website or email mysky@bskyb.com quoting your Sky account number.

You are in a situation where you could need a MAC but it is still best to check with your new provider as, for instance, if you were moving your telephone and broadband to Talk Talk LLU a MAC would not be required.

no need for a mac code now i switched from sky to bt and i contacted bt first and there switching me over dealing with the mac issue to save the hassle

Was your phone line with Sky or BT? My phone line is with BT and I just want to migrate the broadband.

I didn't need a Mac when I am moving over to BT I just rang my new ISP and they have dealt with the awkward part.
