Slow page loading times

I've had slow page loading almost since moving to sky, including having to refresh a lot to get a page to load. My downolad speeds have been diabolical too (thought it was contention at my exchange but it's now showing green). Also just noticed my sync speed has dropped to 5568 for m 7128 with my downstream att @ 24.0 and s/n @ 17.7.

could you advise me why iam getting problems connecting to the internet, it tkaes ages to connect and once iam connected the connection slows down and then eventualy it is lost, i have rang sky bb helpdesk several times but i am still encountring the same problem

Me too ... around 6Mb download speds but wait minutes for pages/emails to load - happens anytime of day
