I was just grabbing a link for how to get your router stats lol.
5.7Mb downstream is very good for a line attenuation of 54.5db, as is 1060kb upstream, so no problems there.
As you rebooted & reset the WAN uptime, it's impossible to tell if DLM is currently in training mode or not, unless it's shown in the mysky area at sky.com.
I'm not sure what you mean by had to reset the router.
Was this an attempt to cure some some in-game lag or did the connection drop out?
If DLM is training the line, it's not a good idea to reboot the router as the disconnections can be interpreted as instability & result in the speeds being lowered.
Infact if done too often, this can happen at any time.

And why is it very good for a line attenuation of 54.5db what do you mean by that?

The downstream attenuation figure is an indication of line length and/or quality.
The higher the figure, the longer the line & 54.5 means it's about 4km from you to the local phone exchange.
4Mbps would normally be considered acceptable.
5Mbps would be considered good.

Re: Sky ping gone down 20-30ms on 27/04/14
Im assuming my exchange has had the same treatment as DLM reran on my line, the results are a ping going from 40ms to 20ms and more speed syncing just under 18down/1.4up - what i did notice was on MySky my profile has also changed.
Line connection testing completed on 26/04/2014, resulting in the following settings:
Download speed setting
Your connection has been set to a download speed of up to 19.0Mbps .
Upload speed setting
Your connection has been set to an upload speed of up to 2.6Mbps .
