Just a thought. I just noticed you are an ex O2 user, have you tried putting in the settings for O2 users? They may work for you.
- Encapsulation: PPPoA (PPP over ATM)
- login/username: install@o2broadband.co.uk
- Password...leave blank or install or password.
- Idle Timeout: 0
- Internet IP Address: Get Dynamically from ISP
- Domain Name Server (DNS) Address: Get Automatically From ISP or use what you prefer, eg. Open DNS
- NAT: Enable
- Multiplexing Method: VC-BASED
- VPI: 0
- VCI: 38
Try these settings in the Asus and see how you get on.

thank you Isitme we have lift off wouldn't have believed it I had already used this router on o2 but when it went over to sky it didnt work I think the password had been changed from possibly admin I tried password as the password and bang we were in business, Have noticed the difference already pages loading faster etc in furthest pc in the house, Thank you so much I configured the Booster so making use of something from sky, I shall keep the sky hub in its old position but not connected up, in case i get any problems and need to use the sky service again many thanks Alain B
