Everything you've posted is in line with a congestion problem & that result pretty much confirms it.
I guess the good news is that sky are aware & already working on it.

It's not always up to date though.

Forget that checker. The information is not being updated properly. We are pestering the on-line team to get a new checker produced with more current information.

Surely the fact that it has actually been updated, suggests that it is current though? Be very surprising if it had been updated by accident?
