How long is the wireless extender taking to arrive?

Ordered 27th December, got an order acknowledgement a couple of days later. No sign of an attempted delivery so far.

Anyone else had theirs yet?

Mine only took a week or so to arrive.

I read that they're currently out of stock & it could be 2 months before there's more available:

Not sure if that will affect people who've already ordered.

Nope, but only managed to order a week ago so will be well down the list. I read a comment somewhere that they'd ran out, not sure if that's true but if they are on backorder then it may be a while longer...

What does your mysky status say. Presumably 'preparing order for dispatch' ? When they sent my new skyhub this got updated with a dispatch date.

I think I ordered on the first or second day the order page was working. I guess the tracking is under My Sky > My Orders ???

Says "No orders to track". Now I'm even more confused!

Yes, mysky->my orders. At least you have a confirmation email with an order number you can query.

I had to go through a special link to order mine as some issue meant 'the system' got stuck thinking I had an old router. Not sure if this affected the order process so that mine is showing and your isn't.

Hopefully someone who ordered around the date you did can confirm better.

Here's my account of what happened, posted here on 7th jan:

Mysky > my account > my orders.

Section 1 - Your order was accepted on 27/12/2013.
Section 2 - Your order has been dispatched and should be delivered within 3-5 working days from: 31/12/2013.
(with Equipment Delivery Address below)
Section 3 - Your order will be delivered. < That's what it's still saying lol.

Spoke to Sky. Sounds like it should have arrived around the 4th/5th Jan, and went missing/didn't arrive.

They're sending another in 3-5 days.

It seems that I had a similar problem. I received my new hub about 2-3 weeks ago but My Package was not updated and I could not complete the order for a wireless extender. After several attempts and 2 online chats the order went through. Received a letter today telling me it's on its way, but no dates included. It's also listed now in My Package with a yellow order symbol not the green tick.

They might struggle to do that!
The boosters are out of stock currently and they are awaiting more from the manufacturers.
