Re: How long is the wireless extender taking to arrive?
Hi,
New to Skyuser, guess I'm a complete novice when it comes to the technical side of things, but I must say very interested in what the unofficial line is on everything Sky.
Well, I ordered the extender in December and I haven't been sent one at all. I never will either I guess as they sent me a SR102 instead to replace my Sagem g rated box. It's noted on "My Package" details I am now the owner of the Sky Hub. It's all rather strange...
All I can think is either a ****-up or a not so subliminal nudge to get fibre!

How long is the wireless extender taking to arrive?
Hi
People who originally tried to order the booster were being sent the Sky hubs instead to see if this would help with wireless black spot issues. If it did not help then you were then able to apply for the wireless booster.
People who were in you're situation were given a grace period to register for a booster so have you tried to get a booster since getting the hub. I would try the link below to see if you can register for the booster if you still need one.

I got sent the hub first, used it for a week and then requested a booster. Everything arrived in pretty decent time. I'm fairly sure customers who were first sent the hub had an extra months grace when asking for the booster, 27th February sticks in my mind.

Re: How long is the wireless extender taking to arrive?
Well thanks for the quick replies Guys.
Sky website says OOS for the booster and it seems only available for purchase. I'm not sure I would have used it at my present address anyway, but I'm looking to move to an older property (with brick internal walls in all probability). It would have been left in the box for a while at my current house.
