Sorry to resurrect but I think i've answered this myself today, its for the old O2/Be customers with line profile customisation to come:

Re: Sky Broadband Unlimited Pro?
This has been pointed out before -
We've created additional product features especially for our customers who are moving from O2 and BE Home Broadband.
Sky are bending over backwards to try to keep the BE/O2 users happy, with little success so far. In all fairness they must extend this to their old customers. They have implemented the static IPs but only to those on Fibre Pro.

Re: Sky Broadband Unlimited Pro?
At the moment the product hasn't been fully launched.
We'll update the forum when it is, then any existing or new Sky Broadband customer can simply sign up to it.
There are a few tweaks still being made but the initial flurry is over.

Re: Sky Broadband Unlimited Pro?
As soon as i think i know what adsl pro is, i read something that makes me think otherwise.
Firstly, i saw on 'another' forum, someone claiming that the official release will be 15th april.
OK , so a pinch of salt with that one but even sky have stated 'soon'.
Are they referring to all sky customers?
They also state it will be £12.50, so £5 extra per month.
Then there's the 'especially for our customers who are moving from O2 and BE' declaration.
So is it a £12.50 premium service, currently only available to ex 02/be customers if the upgrade?
Or are all ex 02/be customers automatically put on 'pro'?
And if the latter, does that mean they're paying £7.50 for a product that the rest of us will be asked to pay £12.50 for?
I'd already disregarded that last possibility, until today when i saw a bqm of a "normal unlimited" line showing latency under 10ms.
Plus haven't some ex 02/be customers already gone for a static ip address, without upgrading?
Sky haven't been terribly clear & my head's in a spin.

Re: Sky Broadband Unlimited Pro?
I'm ex-Be and Sky proposed to put me on Fibre Pro just a few £ more than Be for first 12 months then price shot up !
As I wasn't worried about static IP, I'm a domestic user not business, I requested the migration to be to the normal Sky Fibre product.
From what I hear many other ex-Be customers are finding the Sky people hard to deal with due to Sky people not understand how different and well organised Be were.
