Problem with BB Unlimited package since JAN 2013 !
Since 9th January 2013 I have been calling Sky, specifically Customer Solutions Team. And quite frankly, 12 months later I am still going round in circles. Why haven't I left? Perhaps because I don't want to pay more money to BT to fix the problem by setting up a steady connection for the first year (which we had with Sky at 12.5MBps), that then goes to crap with 6 months left in contract.
I have been using the BB Ping/Quality Monitor for last few days, and as I couldn't find anywhere else to post, started this thread to keep them running and hopefully attract the attention of anyone who can explain what possible problems might be affecting our line.
