broadband started to get worse
we've had sky broadband unlimited for 10 years now and kept the same router (the white netgear one) and over the past year it started to slow down and the download speed doesn't even reach 1mb a second and now the internet just disconnects constantly.
i tried contacting sky on chat but they said the password was wrong so stopped talking to me.
sorry im a bit lost with most of the technical stuff.

Sky are replacing old routers with new ones. Start by claiming a free wireless booster and you should be offered a new router first. Try here-
