SSL VPN (fortigate client) over sky broadband now not working
Hi
Has anyone got any experience of VPNs over sky broadband?
I have a user using Fortigate SSL VPN client over sky broadband, it all worked fine for years, now it connects (you can tell by the sys tray icon changing to the connected status) but cant get to any usual mapped drives or even the internet.
any help appreciated.

I use Sky and have a fortigate client VPN which I was only using last evening. Ran fine.
Anything in the logs? At which point is it failing? Have you contacted the provider of the VPN tunnel?
