Are all Sky Connect Traffic Managed and if so....
I have now been told that my line is being managed down to 90% of its capacity (sometimes less tha 0.2meg) and there is nothing they can do. This has only started about four or six weeks ago and therefore is this a global Sky thing or just on my line. If I moved to BT or Plus Net would it be the same. I am about o cancel my phone, broadband and Satalite subsriptions becuase of this. Can anyone inlighten me?
