Support section on SKY website location?
There are also some cases where you should be able to see the my help request section but just like you have said there is nothing on sky.com which means the text was probably not a mistake and they would have to escalate to find out why this was happening.

Re: Support section on SKY website location?
Ok here's the final update hot from the lips of SKY.
HMR as they call it is being rolled out across the country in stages, those people who already have it are up in Scotland, its going to be rolled out over the next few months to the rest of the country... and thats why i dont see it when i log in :-)
He has emailed the tech's at sky who have been texting me to log in and check the update as they haven't looked for the HMR flag first to see if i have it.

The MHR is also available to other people throughout the U.K. as far south as Blackpool, also customer who are moving home and have arranged this through Sky have access to the MHR's as well.
If you do not have access to it then the person you have just spoken to is correct and the text about an update was sent in error by who ever you originally spoke to.

Re: Support section on SKY website location?
I live another 350 miles further south of blackpool
The ironic thing is, 20 mins after sky told me I didn't have MHR I got a text saying the call about not having MHR had been updated and to log in to see it haha. Pretty useless if you ask me.
