Well i phoned sky after 10 days was up and said i feel i am not getting what i should and they suggested running DLM again so heres the new day 1 stats.
As you can see my noise margin has increased is this a good thing.

Usually the higher the noise margin the better, but your noise margin has only increased because your sync speed is lower. DLM may be able to work some magic, but I think you have a poor line and until that is fixed, you are not going to get the speed you should.
