Does this look OK?

So I've been having problems with dropped packets and alot of jitter in my pings, so I went and tried thinkbroadbands ping test thing, and I've noticed the dropped packets on it but also erratic pings, so I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is normal or not. Thanks

Here are my router stats (went from 3dB to 6dB because I thought it might help, but the chart is about the same.)

EDIT: Only just realised it's an up-to-date image as it's being pulled from the web. Looks like DLM is running on my line after going to 6dB as had a resync last night and now at 3dB. Strange.
