I phoned up sky today and explained the situation. Lady I spoke to was fantastic. She adjusted some settings at Sky's end. At the moment, I am connecting at 13.5 mbps, almost double the original speed where is stopped at. Whether this will continue at this speed, we'll just have to wait and see.
