Low speeds after a disconnect
Hey, sorry im really bad with this sort of thing so excuse my ignorance.
Following a 4 hour long discconect on 24/07 at about 10pm my speeds have dropped to a sub par level, I don't have a solid number to work from pre-disconnect but I was getting about 20ms while playing online steam games and all webpages/streaming was working without issue. After the disconnect the ms has raised to about 80 and spikes upwards to about 500 and websites load very slow if at all (about 5 or 6 seconds of buffered video on youtube for every 30 seconds i wait).
I have just preformed a speed test and the results were Speedtest.net - My Results
Please if you have any idea what has caused this issue or can provide any help I would be truely greatful.
Any other information needed will be provided on request (may need a short explaination on where to find it as I said before, im pretty bad with this stuff)
Thanks in advance

Re: Low speeds after a disconnect
The first thing that we would normally ask would be to see the connection stats please:
How to get your Sky Router statistics
These can provide us with a lot of information when posted in full.
The next thing would be to ensure that you are connected up in the best way. If you could check that you are connected to the Master Socket first of all and perhaps also post another set of stats from the Test Socket.
