Broadband Speeds :(
I've been trying to sort why my auntie's broadband speed has been flagging for the past week or so apparently.
I found that she'd plugged a new phone into a different socket without a microfilter, so I've sorted that but the performance hasn't immediately improved.
I'm a bit confused so am looking for advice. Router stats as below:

Looks like the speed has been capped in an effort to compensate for the missing microfilter. I would perform a quiet line test and if that's ok leave it a couple of days to see if DLM kicks in again. If not it might be an idea to give BB tech a call and tell them that there was an internal line fault which has been fixed and ask if they can manually restart DLM.
