Torrent sites?
Following the recent news that Sky are expanding their block of torrent sites to include mirrors or proxies as they pop up ( Sky Broadband Starts to Quietly Block Access to Torrent Site Proxies ), but do not feel a need to publish a list what they have blocked, does anyone know which torrent sites Sky recommends or suggests we use?

Re: Torrent sites?
Proxies tend to appear and disappear at an amazing rate. The number of educational establishment that run or have run open proxies at one time or another is amazing. I presume that some benevolent system manager would run them for the benefit of their students only to shut them down at a later date when confronted with the exponential rise in through traffic. As for recommending torrent sites I would strongly recommend keeping the knowledge of such sites a closely guarded secret as publishing their details is the surest way to get them closed down or blocked.
