No problem. If the diagnostic tool on the router is failing, then the issue is technical and between the router and Sky's servers.
Since you have already reset the router and confirmed the settings on it, it is more likely to be something outside of your control.

If you using win 7 i had this happen a few times what i did to clear it was to go into win network setting and take the auto off and manauly put in the ip address's for each equipment connected to the router its a windows problem which i have found no answer to it yet if it happens when on manual ip settings just write down the settings and put it back on auto had to do this a few times i was on a netgear router the old white ones now using the new sky one now had not had the problem yet with this one like i said it is a win 7 problem just google it

This problem occurs on:
Wired - Sky+ HD box, 2 PC's (XP and Windows 7), Xbox 360 and PS3.
Wireless - Macbook Pro, ThinkPad 400, ipad, Nexus 7, 3 iphone 4s
