Orange flashing internet light on Sky Hub SR101

Hello, on the 30th of April I've got Sky Unlimited broadband put on after switching from Sky, but since 2am of last night the Sky Hub hasn't been able to connect to the internet at all. All what happens is that the smiley internet light flashing orange around 14 seconds, then stays a steady orange light for 19 seconds before being white for 10 seconds, after that the light turns off and the whole process repeats. I've chatted to a sky advisor online by using a dongle I'm currently using right now and we did all of the usual tests including the test socket to no avail as she can't get a connection when testing the line either and he/she escalated it to CST and I should receive a call within 72 hours as the telephone is still working. I have also tried doing the silent test or whatever you call it where you dial 1 and listen for any noise and I heard nothing but silence which IIRC, means nothing is wrong on the telephone line. I have posted here to see if I can see whats wrong and if I can fix it quicker as because my son keeps going on about it and need it for stuff such as work.

Never mind, it seems just now that it's fixed itself, will be reporting here again if it happens again.

If this does happen again, double check your connections between the Sky Hub and the telephone socket, ensure that you are using the Master Socket and no extension leads are in use.

Also which firmware do you have installed? The most current version is 2639.

When I checked it the connections were all fine, but anyways it's fixed now.

The firmware version I have is 1.15j.2639.R so the most current version basically
