Can I obtain any faster speeds?

From this can anyone tell me if i can pull down anything faster? If possible what should I do to get it.

if not should I be able to get better speeds with Fibre?

I doubt you'll get any higher than that on ADSL2+.

ADSL2+ speeds are worked out from the distance between your property and the exchange, whereas Fibre is from your property to the street cabinet. Providing your street cabinet is closer, then you should get higher speeds. You can use an online checker, such as the one at BT wholesale to get an indication of speed.

With your attenuation you are doing extremely well. As said whether you will get more with fibre depends on how far you are from the fibre cabinet. As VDSL has a much faster 'drop off' than ADSL it is entirely possible you would get less. There are many online checkers which will give you an estimate of what to expect.
