Hi,
The stats are pretty much exactly the same.
However, speed tests have slowed down during peak hours because obviously Sky's network has more users and a bit more congestion.
Just did a speed test, and my throughput is at the moment is about 12-15Mbps, when the usual throughput is 19Mbps (synced at 23Mbps, but after overheads etc)

Strange. There hasn't been any reports of issues with the backhaul for a while. It can and does happen but does get fixed.
In general Sky's network is very good.
It may help us to see a pattern if you could provide a little more information in your profile. It does not have to be too specific if you don't feel happy to do this. I use an STD code which covers the local area. Beyond that I do not say much more.
