please please please!!!! I KNOW sky staff on here cannot reset the DLM, but im sick of having to repeat myself to sky customer services about the DLM that needs to be reset. I moved into my property, and temporarily set up router and phone etc ready for when the connection was made, but it was only a temp basis, but within the 1st 10 days , I had to reroute the adsl cable etc as was a safety issue, so DISCONNECTED my router from microfilter during the dlm thingy, and rerouted cable. This happened twice as cables were twisted around and wanted it all neat - again, disconnected a 2nd time within the 1st 10 days or so, so now the sky servers are thinking there are errors on my line, and the speed needs to be reduced, so it has... to 13.5mb.

Anyway, ive tried calling about it, and theyve said my filter was faulty (but i knew it wasnt!!) so ive done everything theyve told me _ fit new filter, try test socket, try a quiet line test (its quiet) my router stats

are showing my attenuation is only 27.5db, which means on a llu service upto 20mb, and the test reveals speeds of 16-24mb. The uptime is only 28 hours as they did a line test which cuts line off i think. All lights are green on routerSkyUser - Potential ADSL2 and Line Speed Calculator

but the sky customer service keep saying to do this and that... Im fed up of telling them what needs to be done and that ive already done what theyre telling me to do. All i want is the DLM to be reset/restarted. Phew!! Rant over. Has anybody here got the authority to put my case to level 2 team??
