New unlimited user - any clue what speed I should get with these stats?

Evening all.

Been a long time since I've used ADSL - and this whole training period thing is new to me. About 5 days into the 10 day period and haven't seen more than about 9900 down and 1100 up. Attenuation is steady at 33 all week, and the noise margin moves between 6, 7 and occassionnally down to 3-4 each time I get a reconnect - normally happening once a day early in the morning. Had no other disconnects, all appears solid - but wondering how close to the predicted max of 14 I can get - or even if it will train past 9900...
