Broadband speed
I have had Sky Broadband unlimited for about a year and had at least 4mb, not ideal but I coped. Recently it has been 2mb and my Ipad isn't connecting very well at all (could be an Ipad issue, as everything else is fine). I do a lot of online gaming, but the speed is causing a problem and I am not sure how to resolve.
I have done a router diagnostic check, but if Im honest I don't really know what it should be.
Port Status TxPkts RxPkts Collisions Tx B/s Rx B/s Up Time WAN PPPoA 67691 55902 0 1054 11368 0:43:14 LAN Up 111795 112145 0 762 288 49:00:10 WLAN Up 831322 616691 0 16708 3157 48:59:47 Broadband Link Downstream Upstream Connection Speed 2698 kbps 798 kbps Line Attenuation 52.5 dB 30.3 dB Noise Margin 4.6 dB 9.0 dB
I also did a test using speed test and the results are the same.
Any help would be appreciated

Re: Broadband speed
Could you do another set of stats from your test socket (socket behind master socket), this would rule out your internal wiring as a possible problem.

Re: Broadband speed
Ok will give a go today, this will be fun as previous owner changed all the sockets from the standard. Any idea where they normally put the standard one?

Re: Broadband speed
It would normally be the first socket after the line enters your house, my line comes in over the front door( and is then run into my front room)
