      No broadband since Friday evening

I logged a call with sky early saturday morning because out broadband stopped working (will not sync). It was escalated but we haven't heard anything back yet. How long does it usually take? We're desperate.

Re: No broadband since Friday evening

It should be around 72 hours if it was escalated to CST, but things can vary.

Personally I would suggest another friendly call to Sky.

In the mean time, have you checked to see if your area has been affected by one of Sky's announcements about know broadband issues? Please take a look in this section of the forum:

      Sky Broadband Service Status

The different threads link to the status section on the Sky site:

      Sky Service Status

      PlusNet Fibre since Jan 2021
Previously Sky Fibre & Sky BB since 2010.
