There is still room for improvement on the download. Your upload is one of the highest I have seen on Sky.

DLM must have rebooted again last night and the downstream speed has increased slightly

That's interesting.
What are your ping times like to bbc.co.uk? (212.58.241.131)
When DLM last ran on my line, a 50kbps drop in upstream speed from 1212kbps to 1160kbps coincided with a drop in pings from 22/23ms to 15ms.

DLM must have rebooted my router again during the early hours, here's my current stats, upstream has increased by 12 kbps. Downstream has increased by 380 kbps

Re: Line testing has begun again over 2 years since it had previously finished, why is this?
That's interesting too.
I always thought that the only 'target' downstream noise margins DLM could use were 3, 6 & perhaps rarely 7db.
Does your d/s margin naturally fluctuate by 1db or so, depending on time of day?
If not, maybe the intermediate 4 & 5db targets are available after all.

Re: Line testing has begun again over 2 years since it had previously finished, why is this?
That is very good. A couple of years ago 19 Mb on a 25.5db attenuation would have been near impossible. In your case Sky's line management system is working very well. It looks like you are on a 6db setting, but the actual reading will vary according to the time of day. If you don't have many errors DLM may take you down to 3 db, which would push your speed over the 21 Mb mark.

Another reboot in the early hours, downstream has decreased slightly, and upstream has increased slightly.
