Slow speeds after re-sync
hi all having a little problem with internet original with o2/be was getting 16mb and was happy with that moved to sky and started slow then jumped to 15mb and again was happy its now drooped to 6mb and cant get it to go higher
ive tried ringing sky but they say there is nothing they can do
any ideas

Can you post your router stats?
Has anything changed since the speed dropped?
Have you tried to change microfilters/cables? Are you plugged in to the master socket?
