Re: Slow Speed
Thanks everyone for your replies. Sky have arranged for an engineer to call later in the week to check line/wiring etc so may be able to persuade them to move the master socket to an easier accessible place and hopefully resolve the speed issues. Thanks again everyone has been very helpful.

Re: Slow Speed
unless there is really bad issue with socket, engineer will not move master socket although its will depend on how line is coming into house and what cost this can be done at or if engineer decides its possible

Re: Slow Speed
Your line has dropped to G.DMT which means it is having a really bad problem. Can you change the filter you are using for the router and go round all the other phone sockets in your use and disconnect whatever is connected to them.
Do you live in a flat?
Do you have a monitored alarm system wired into the phone.?

Re: Slow Speed
It looks like your internal wiring has been interfering with the signal. Fitting a filtered faceplate would cure this, even if your alarm was incorrectly wired previously. Good result
