General Slowing down etc
Hi,
I have moved house since the speed results in my sig,but only up the road & SamKnows says its 850m to the exchange (its was about 30m before)
Anyway i am regularly getting an orange light on my router (Netgear 834GT) then going back to green.
I did a speed test tonight as i feel as though things have slowed down some what...
I am quite shocked to see how slow it actually is (done other speed test on this site aswell)
Could the router be on the way out or could it be other issues maybe?

You really need to post your stats.
How to get your Sky Router statistics
If you could do a set now, and then do a set after putting the router in the test socket, it would help identify any wiring issues.

Based on an attenuation of 27.5
ADSL2+ Speed Test
We estimate your line is capable of between 16mb to 24mb broadband on an ADSL2+ service. This ADSL2 Line Speed Calculator is a best guess only, as to the broadband speed that maybe possible on your telephone line. The checker provides results of up to 24mb with the data that is made available to us. This is purely for indication only and should not be classed as the Line Speed that you would receive on any ADSL or LLU product from another ISP.
You are synched at 4mb thereabouts.

Pretty much the same tbh so rules out internal wiring imo
You need to speak to Sky, unless you are on DLM you are only getting about a 1/4 of the speed that you should be doing.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

It looks like DLM is in effect.
Connection Speed 4095 kbps 796 kbps is the default that it starts out with.
How long have you been connected at the new address?
edit* My mistake, default is 4095/606.
