Low upstream noise margin
Can anyone tell me what effects the above cheers in advance
Downstream Upstream
Data Rate(Kbps) 3070 566
Noise margin (dB) 5.7 0.3
Output power (dBm) 12.6 18.2
Attenuation (dB) 60.0 33.0

Could be a number of things, Noise on the line. or more

Most likely a fault somewhere. I would not be surprised if your connection drops. Try power cycling your router by turning the power off for a minute then back on again.
