No internet connection.
Hi there just wondering if anyone could give any pointers on an issue I have, awaiting a response from sky currently.
My Router was connected through extension living room extension that attached to main socket via a adapter. My puppy decided to chew through the extension just before it reached the master socket. Before we fixed this I tried to attach router to main socket & the only light that cam on was the power with every 10 seconds the @ light flickering orange. Now the extension has been re-wired actually into the master socket & still no internet. The thing is out phone works fine so i'm really not sure whats going on. i've tried switching micro filter & attaching it to the test socket & resetting router but still no internet connection.

Check the PSU cable in case the puppy has chewed that as well?
Also the cable from the router to the socket have you got another one you could try?~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~
