Username: admin
Password: sky (unless you have changed it and then use that one)
And then look at the top bit, mine says;

Oh well, without the password, the only way in is by resetting the router back to defaults, but then any configuration changes made for wireless etc would be lost. So I would wait until you get the password.
If your FW reports the same as mine, that would pretty much rule out the FW angle that I was thinking of. Sky recently rolled out an update which broke some gaming or Teamspeak Voice servers compatibility etc
Obviously this is only a stab in the dark at the moment though.
The message they have given you doesn't necessarily mean your router is at fault, it could be that they have changed things and therefore it is their fault.
The router with the same FW as mine, is normally pretty good, and also works well with everything that I have ever tried to do online etc
