new house
Hi,
My brother is moving into a brand new build house and wants Sky Fibre (his exchange is enabled).
His question is, does he need to contact BT to get a line enabled or will Sky do it all for him as it is a new property.
many thanks

Re: new house
He should only contact Sky.
Sky will then arrange everything, including the appointments from BTO.
If he contacts BT he will actually be contacting BT Retail who will then arrange for the line to be installed for their account and he will be tied in to an 18 month contract.
There are some offers being made available at the present time, do take a look to see if they are of any benefit. So far they seem to be the usual type of things from Sky (1/2 price for 6 or 12 months, £100 M&S vouchers, etc.). Quidco also appear to be offering a deal too at the present time so it might be a good idea to check out their website too.
PlusNet Fibre since Jan 2021
Previously Sky Fibre & Sky BB since 2010.
