Re: RED flashing light
What red light are you referring to? If it is the router internet light, try using another PSU, this is one of the symptoms of this part failing.

Re: RED flashing light
Thanks,
Yes it is the router I only have partial, intermittent access. It says can't find google. then google cant find twitter and thats how it is that i cant find my own answers. It does not like links at the mo, or captcha or messenger
I can't tell if its network servicing or... ? 1 of 4 packets lost at hop 1.
I do not know if my post is sent it is stuck 'loading' apologies.

Re: RED flashing light
I presume you have the sagem 2504N as per your profile? The internet light on the 2504N can show more of a red colour when the other Sky routers show amber in the same circumstances. Solid red internet light on the 2504 (old v2 sagem) = PSU failure.
If the internet light is going from green - off - flashing red, then it's the router intermittently dropping sync.
Any noise or issues with your phone?
Explain your set-up i.e. how many telephone sockets in use, is the router at the master socket, any extension cables in use etc.

Re: RED flashing light
I have a PSU from another old router, the dark grey one. This has not solved my issue. I am 'paranoid' I have health issues.
When the router goes offline I am always at one particular site.. how can I know an attack from coincidence? The router does not malfunction all the time.
I have on that forum a guy who is psychotic by admission and he is always asking questions about my home location.
